    School's out for the summer, to the angst and delight of many parents. For some families in this tough economy it can add additional stress. In Maine, over 69,000 school children receive subsidized or free breakfast and lunch through schools.

    The Second Annual Blue Point Chowder Challenge was May 30th. A portion of the proceeds were generously donated to Project G.R.A.C.E. We are so honored that our Executive Director Mary Rollo's Seven Fishes Chowder (doesn't that just sound so yummy!?) was named the winner of the People's Choice Award.

    Last Friday was the Don Martin Classic Golf Tournament at Prout's Neck. Yep, it was a very rainy day, but that didn't damper the golfer's generous spirits.
