Going Green at Project G.R.A.C.E.

we're going green
Fall 2012
all printable documents

We know that "Going Green" sounds like the politically-correct (see Wikipedia for an "explanation") thing to do lately but at Project G.R.A.C.E. it really means that we can save a lot of time and money as well as paper.

We estimate that by going green we can save over 8,400 sheets of paper, a lot of volunteer and staff time getting the newsletters ready to mail and a lot of money in postage.

We'd like to be able to devote that saved time and money as well as staff and volunteer hours and efforts to our main purpose which is helping those in our community that need it.

So, starting this month (October 2010), we will be sending an abbreviated version of our newsletter via email with a link to our full newsletter in PDF format posted in the documents section of our website. All our recent newsletters are available in our documents folder along with the current volunteer application forms.

Help us to run more efficiently, cut costs and help reduce our use of resources by subscribing to our maillist (our no SPAM maillist, of course) and reading our quarterly newsletters online or print a copy (they're in PDF format which prints well) to read later and share with others. We'll also keep you informed about other issues and happens here at Project G.R.A.C.E. through periodic emails.

If you have questions, comments or suggestions, please feel free to send them along by email.

Thanks,
Project G.R.A.C.E.
